京都を拠点に、日本全国の外国籍の方の在留資格に関するお手続きをサポートしています。

警察官時代、不法就労や資格外活動許可違反といった入管法違反事件に携わる中で、外国籍の方々がさまざまなトラブルに巻き込まれるケースを数多く見てきました。この貴重な経験を活かし、行政書士として、外国籍の皆様が安心して日本で生活できるよう、また、外国人雇用企業様が安心して外国人材を活用できるよう、リスク対策やトラブル防止のアドバイスに力を入れています。

「技術・人文知識・国際業務」をはじめ、「特定技能」「経営管理」「家族滞在」「永住」「帰化」「短期滞在」など、幅広い在留資格の相談・申請に対応可能です。

経歴

京都外国語大学外国語学部中国語学科を卒業。
上海での語学留学や、桂林シェラトンホテルでのインターンシップを経験。
帰国後、日本で就職し、台湾系企業などで会社員としての経験を積む。
約8年間、京都府警の警察官として中国語通訳などに従事。
京都府警察や京都弁護士会の通訳人登録制度に登録し、捜査司法通訳にも携わっています。

Representative's Greeting

Based in Kyoto, we provide support for residence status procedures for foreign nationals across Japan.

During my time as a police officer, I witnessed numerous cases where foreign nationals encountered various issues, including Immigration Control Act violations like illegal employment and unauthorized activities beyond their permitted status. Leveraging this valuable experience as an administrative scrivener, I am dedicated to offering advice on risk management and trouble prevention. My aim is to help international students live securely in Japan and enable companies employing foreign talent to utilize them with confidence.

We can assist with consultations and applications for a wide range of residence statuses, including but not limited to:

Background

Graduated from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies, Faculty of Foreign Studies, Department of Chinese Language.
Gained experience through language study in Shanghai and an internship at the Guilin Sheraton Hotel.
After returning to Japan, worked for Taiwanese companies, accumulating experience as a company employee.
Served as a police officer for the Kyoto Prefectural Police for approximately 8 years, engaging in Chinese interpretation among other duties.
Registered with the interpreter registration systems of the Kyoto Prefectural Police and the Kyoto Bar Association, also involved in investigative and judicial interpretation.
